Finlay Minerals is a Vancouver-based junior mining company focused on the exploration and development of high value copper and precious metal resources in northern British Columbia. The management team has a proven track record within the industry with over 100 years experience in the mining and exploration industry throughout the world including Canada, the United States, and South and Central America.

The Company has 100% ownership of five geologically exceptional properties with known mineral occurrences: the PIL, ATTY, SAY, JJB and Silver Hope Properties.

In April 2025, Finlay signed strategic earn-in agreements with Freeport-McMoRan for the PIL and ATTY properties. Freeport may earn an 80 percent interest in the PIL and ATTY projects by funding up to $35 million in exploration expenditures and making $4.1 million in cash payments. Finlay’s team is managing the PIL and ATTY programs during the Earn-In period and is receiving an Operator’s Fee from Freeport.

PIL Property (Cu-Au-Ag-Mo)

The PIL Property, which covers 13,374 hectares (“ha”) in the heart of the Toodoggone region, has numerous porphyry Cu-Au ± Ag ± Mo targets and associated epithermal Au-Ag mineralization. The PIL Property is neighboured by Freeport-McMoRan and Amarc Resources’ JOY Project and is situated adjacent to the AuRORA Cu-Au-Ag porphyry discovery area.

Under the Freeport earn-in agreement, over 4,000 metres of drilling have been approved for the 2026 season, testing the Reef and Gold targets. Exploration programs completed in 2025 included airborne magnetic surveys, induced polarization surveys, mapping, and geochemical sampling to support drill targeting.

ATTY Property (Cu-Au-Ag)

The 3,875-hectare ATTY property is located along the Kemess North Trend between the Kemess deposits and the AuRORA discovery. The project hosts 10 identified porphyry and epithermal targets, including KEM, Wrich and Pyramid. ATTY is permitted and drill-ready, with an approved 2026 exploration budget of $800,000 funded through the Freeport earn-in agreement.

SAY Property (Cu-Ag +/-Au)

The SAY Property covers 29,105 ha and is located 140 km north of Smithers, B.C. The SAY Property is within the Driftwood Corridor, a 135-km long belt of relatively unexplored Stikine Terrane that includes American Eagle Gold’s NAK and Amarc Resources and Boliden Mineral Canada’s DUKE Cu-Mo-Ag +/- Au porphyry prospects at the southern end of the belt. Early-stage exploration has identified several targets, including IFT, SHEL, ROSIE, OZZY and SPUR, with geological, geochemical and geophysical characteristics associated with copper porphyry systems.

JJB Property (Cu-Au-Ag)

The 16,427-hectare JJB property is an early-stage copper-gold-silver exploration project located approximately 4 kilometres north of SAY within the Driftwood Corridor. Recent work has identified targets including Pat and the Quin-Squingula trend, where magnetic anomalies and multi-element geochemical signatures support further exploration.

Silver Hope Property (Cu-Ag-Au)

The Silver Hope property covers 21,322 hectares surrounding the historic Equity Silver Mine in the Skeena Arch region of central BC. This asset hosts the Main Trend, an over 2 km copper-silver-gold mineralized system extending from the Newmont-owned, past-producing, Equity Silver Mine. Historical drilling (over 41,000 m) has intersected broad mineralized zones, including 282 m @ 0.23 percent copper, 6.4 g/t silver and 0.01 g/t gold. The West Cu-Mo Porphyry target and distal early-stage targets (Dina, Dina East and Equity East) add a large-scale copper-molybdenum opportunity to the mix, and the project is fully permitted for drilling.
